Our Team
Ian McLeod – CEO
Ian McLeod is passionate about many facets of real estate and the opportunities they provide. As a sales associate in Lake Tahoe California with Oliver Luxury Real Estate (exclusive associates of Christies International Real Estate), he quickly realized that all of his high net-worth clients had one thing in common. They all had large commercial real estate portfolios and he knew he needed to follow suit. Soon after he’d become the Asset Manager for The Rivermont & Newhope apartment complexes. His introduction into the commercial and multi-family space would become his sole focus and he’d soon create his own real estate investment group. As a Scotsman, and descendant of the McLeod Clan, Ian would name his company Hold Fast Equities, LLC. Hold Fast being the Mcleod Clan motto. This name is representative of the company’s steadfast approach to investing and an unwavering commitment to the protection of their investor’s assets.Ian is also a patented inventor, author, and staunch advocate for Counsel to Secure Justice, a non-profit company dedicated to combatting the International sex slave trade.
